More than one child attending nursery? We offer a 10% discount on your eldest child’s fees.

3 & 4 year olds: Abacus is registered to provide the universal entitlement/extended offer with our Local Authority – the equivalent of 15 and 30 hours of subsidised nursery time which can be taken in many different ways, including all year round.  Please contact the nursery for details. Children are eligible from the term after in which they turn three years old.

2 year olds: We are also registered and offer limited places for 2 year olds who qualify for the 2 year old free entitlement. This is based on families who are not in work or training or who have a total income that falls below a set amount.

Please ring South Tyneside Council on 0191 4246463 to see if you are entitled for free hours. Funding may also be available from the Job Centre, Local Colleges and Universities, and from the Education Funding Agency,  also known as Care to Learn (for students who are 19 and under).
